Our engineers have designed the grilles to withstand 120 kilos in the middle of the device.
Gulf Stream-B copper-aluminium convector heaters are installed into the floor and are equipped with tangential fans that have the voltage of 220V, which allows to increase the efficiency of the devices by more than 5 times.
Gulf Stream-B features a corrosion-resistant heat exchange element, that consists of a copper pipe and aluminium plates, as well as a galvanized steel powder-coated body. Convector is closed using a decorative grille, that is made of wood, aluminium or steel. Manufacturing convector heaters of a needed radius with corner elements is also possible.
Gulf Stream-B convectors are also equipped with an air exhaust valve and brackets.
A porous rubber tape is installed in places where the decorative grille is in direct contact with the body of the appliance in order to prevent any friction and reduce noise.
The appliances can also be equipped with manual or automatic thermal control devices. Those can be integrated into the ‘smart home’ system.
The convectors that are more than 3 meters long consist of two parts. Manufacturing convector heaters that are up to 4 meters long and consist of just one part is also possible as per the client’s request.
Installing and operating appliances with electronic elements is restricted by the current construction regulations.
Gulf Stream-B copper-aluminium hot-water convector heaters not only allow to create a warm air curtain and prevent draughts due to the speed of the fans, but also efficiently heat the space. Gulf Stream-B convectors can be integrated into the ‘smart building’ system, which allows maintaining a specific temperature in every room depending on its microclimate requirements, i.e. maintaining the lowest temperature at night time, when there are no people in the space, and maintaining comfortable temperature during the day when people are in it. Due to the heating efficiency adjustment, Gulf Stream-B convector heaters are incredibly energy-efficient. The owner of the space only pays for actually heating it during the working hours, or, if the building is residential, during the time when people are using the space.
Gulf Stream-B convector heaters are in high demand among those who value smart engineering systems. If Gulf Stream-B convector heaters operating in the day/night mode, energy savings can reach 30%.
A stainless steel body adds 15% to the price of the appliance.
